摘要
在电缆焊接过程中,电容变小、特性阻抗变大的电缆,无论从外观上还是在其它方面都与正常线一样,因此很难直观地发现其问题所在,实际工作中往往被误认为是线本身的结构出了问题而被废弃。通过对电缆进行认真剖析和反复测试—研究—实践,终于发现电容变小、特性阻抗变大是两对数传线交叉焊接所致。

Capacity-decreasing and characteristic-impedance-increasing cable is same as normal cable either in outward appearance or in other aspects during cable welding, that is difficult to find what happens in the cable and mistakes the structure of cable itself for having problem and abandons it. We finally found out the real capacity-decreasing and characteristic-impedance-increasing cause by conscientious analysis of cable and repeatedly carrying out the process of test-research-practice, that is, cross weld of two pairs of data transmission cable results in the problem and this type of cables can be turned from waste cables to normal cables when changing the cross welding to normal welding.
