The mode of combined therapy in patients with apoplexy in acute stage consistent with apoplexy unit conception was summarized. This new mode lied in individualized treatment based on favourable service facilities, standardized evaluation, accurate diagnosis and normative treatment. This mode increased the overall curative effect of combined treatment with determining the treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and signs, since it was consistent with the clinical research characteristic in TCM and was followed the method and requisition of modem medicine.
