摘要
用原位聚合方法,在相同条件下制备了聚酰胺6(Polyamide 6,PA6)/SiO2纳米复合材料及纯PA6,并用高效液相色谱法(High Performance Liquid Chromatographic Method,HPLC)测定了其切片中的己内酰胺和环状齐聚物的含量.结果表明:复合材料切片中的环状低聚物含量较纯PA6的少,并且其含量随SiO2加入量的增加而减少.
Pure PA6 and PA6/SiO2 nanocomposites were prepared via in situ polymerization under the same conditions. High performancc liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method was adopted to determine the content of caprolactam arid its cyclic oligomers in these chips. The results showed that the contents of caprolactam and cyclic oligomers in nanocomposites were less than that in pure PA6. Moreover, these exhibited a decrease tendency of down with the silica content.
