摘要
目的比较大黄粉末中蒽醌类成分的提取方法。方法分别使用超声提取法和热回流提取法,以95%的乙醇为溶媒,考察了药材粒度及提取时间对大黄蒽醌类成分提取率的影响,比较了两种方法的提取率。结果用超声法提取蒽醌类成分时药材粒度越小提取率越高,80目大黄粉的提取率是20目的1.84倍。对于20目的大黄粉而言,热回流法的提取率略高于超声法。结论对于粒度小于20目的大黄粉末中蒽醌类成分提取时宜采用超声提取法,而粒度大于或等于20目的则应采用热回流提取法。
Objective To compare the methods in extracting the anthriquinones components of rhubarb powder. Methods 95% ethanol was used as solvent, and the water bath reflux method and ultrasonic vibration method were compared. The influence of particle size and extraction time on extraction rate of anthriquinones components was investigated. Results When ultrasonic vibration method was used, the extraction rate varied with the particle size, the smaller the particle size was, the higher the extraction rate. The extraction rate of 800 μm was 1.84 times higher than that of 200 μm. To 200 μm powders, the extraction rate by water bath reflux method was slightly higher than that by ultrasonic vibration method. Conclusion The ultrasonic vibration method should be applied for the extraction of anthriquinones components of rhubarb powder less than 200 μm in particle size, but water bath reflux method should be applied for the extraction of anthriquinones components of rhubarb powder in other particle size.
