摘要
目的采用活性炭吸附去除破伤风抗毒素制品中的热原质。方法分别量取少量热原质试验不合格的破伤风抗毒素制品4批,在一定的pH、温度条件下,用活性炭吸附,经除菌过滤后留样检测。结果用活性炭吸附去除破伤风抗毒素制品中的热原质平均降低0.66℃,效果非常明显,制品的蛋白含量平均降低9.08%,比活性平均提高8.16%。吸附过程对制品的效价影响不大,吸附后进一步改善了制品外观,制品收率大于98%。结论该试验方法操作快速、简便,对制品中热原质吸附效果明显且重复性较好。
Objective To study the utilization of active carbon to remove pyrogens from tetanus antitoxin. Methods Four batches of tetanus antitoxin with higher pyrogens over the national standard were tested after being adsorbed by active carbon under certain pH value and temperature, Results Active carbon was very effective to remove pyrogens, the average temperature was decreased by 0.66 ℃ and the content of protein in the products was averagely decreased by 9.08%, the specific activity was increased averagely by 8.16%, and the rate of recovery of product was over 98%. Conclusion This method was quick, simple, effective and repetitive in the removal of pyrogens from tetanus antitoxin.
