摘要 基于计算机声卡系统可以构建适合中小过程企业进行离心泵运行状态监测的测量系统。该系统通过对离心泵运行过程的振动噪声监测,采用性价比较高的计算机声卡作为数据采集和转换器,利用Labview开发基于声卡的数据采集与数据处理程序,实现噪声过滤及频谱分析,数据积累与比较,从而对泵的主要状态参数做出判断和评定。该方法对于西部地区中小企业,具有一定的推广和实用价值。 In order to meet the application request of small and middle process enterprise, a software system was built and used for condition testing of centrifugal pump based on PC sound card. This system catch the noises which came from pump vibrations while it is running, and PC sound card with high ratio of performance to cost is used for data acquisition and conversion, at the same time, program is developed with LabVIEW and sound Card data acquisition and data processing. Noises filter and spectrum analysis and accumulation data compare can be done in this system, moreover, the main condition parameters can be assessed. Spreading this method is benefit for small and middle enterprise in west china region.
