摘要
对注塑平板制件非对称冷却过程进行了分析,通过近似假设,建立一维非稳态传热模型。考虑无定形聚合物和结晶型聚合物的比热对温度的依赖性,利用分段线性函数拟合聚合物的比热-温度曲线,通过对空间域和时间域的离散化,运用有限差分数值方法,模拟了无定形聚合物和结晶型聚合物注塑平板制件在模具中非对称冷却的一维瞬态温度场。
One-dimensional unsteady state heat transfer model was introduced to analyze the non-symmetrically cooling process of injection-molded plate part. The temperature dependent specific heat curves of both amorphous and crystalline polymers were fitted by segmenial linear functions. The finite difference method was exploited to numerically simulate the transient temperature field in non-symmetrically cooled injection-molded plate parts.
