Development of Data Acquisition System Based on LabVIEW during the Tandem Extrusion Processing of Single Screw-Melt Pump

LabVIEW是NI公司开发的图形化编程软件。基于虚拟仪器软件平台LabVIEW,开发了单螺杆-熔体泵串联挤出系统挤出过程中温度、压力、扭矩、转速等参数的数据采集与监测系统,实现对挤出过程中动态参数的实时采集、显示、保存,并具有数据回显的功能,可对采集的信号进行分析比较。比系统具有测量准确,操作简单,使用方便的特点。

LabVIEW is a graph programming software of NI company. Based on LabVIEW software platform, the design principle and the implement method of real time data acquisition system of tandem extrusion system of single screw-meh pump were presented for processing dynamic parameters, temperature, pressure, torque and rotational speed. The system can realize the function of acquirement, save, and display of the real time data. It can also realize the playback of data to analysis and compare the acquired signal. The characteristics of this system appear to be sensitive, simple, accurate and effective.
