摘要
直板薄型手机镜片的美观要求很高,最好采用注射成型的方法来代替传统的型材切割加工方法。目前手机镜片注射成型难点主要是注射模具的设计。镜片注射模设计的关键在于浇注系统、排溢系统、模具刚度的设计及模具材料的选择、热处理。针对镜片薄形成型、塑料材料透明等不利于注射成型的特点,选择适当的浇口位置和浇口形式。根据产品的尺寸和结构,合理设计浇口的尺寸,并结合模具的冷却系统和推出机构的设计,实现和加强模具的排气功能。必要时采用CAE软件验证设计,保证镜片的质量。
Owing to high requirement aesthetic perception for the open-faced cellphone lens, injection moulding was more preferably adopted instead of traditional cutting process. The key of the moulding for lens was the design of the injection mold. The key of the injection mold for lens was the design of the runner system, exhaust system, rigidity, the choice of proper material and correct heat-treatment. Proper position and technique of runner were carefully chosen, in light of undesirable factors such as a thin-plastic-lens and transparency of plastics. Exhausting function was fulfilled and intensified with ideal combination of cooling and ejecting in accordance with its design and production. If necessary, a CAE could be used for the test of the injection mold.
