汾河水库洪水资源化及其关键问题研究

Study on resourcization of flood water of Fenhe Reservoir and related key issues

为了更好地提高洪水资源利用效率，探讨了洪水资源化的内涵及实施洪水资源化的关键问题。结合汾河水库的应用实例，采用历史资料分析了汾河水库洪水资源化利用程度，估算了汾河水库的洪水资源量，分析表明，汾河水库利用程度多年平均为73．5％，洪水资瀛化潜力约在0．095亿～2．479亿m^3。并根据汾河水库上游来水特点，探讨了汾河水库实施洪水资源化的途径。

The key issues on significance and implementation of resourcization of flood water are discussed herein, so as to more effectively enhance the efficiency of using flood water asthe water resources. Based on the actual case of Fenhe Reservoir, the utilization of the water resources from the resourcization of flood water is analyzed and the flood resource for the reservoir is estimated in accordance with the historical data concerned. The analysis shows that the mean annual rate of the utilization of flood water is about 73. 5% for the reservoir, and then the possible potential of the resoureization of flood water is still about 0. 095 - 2. 479 hundred million m^3 therein. Furthermore, the way of the implementation of the resourcization of the flood water is discussed as well.
