摘要
结合塑料模标准件的特点,为了缩短模具产品设计和开发周期,在Solid Edge上建立了标准件库。研究了利用程序驱动法,采用Visual Basic,基于Solid Edge平台开发三维塑料模标准件库的参数化程序实现方法,阐述了标准件库的建立以及数据处理与传递方法,通过系统集成实现了基于SolidEdge的三维参数化注射模标准件库的客户应用。结果表明,标准件库的建立有助于缩短模具产品设计和开发周期。
According to the characteristics of plastic mould standard parts, a Solid Edse-based standard parts library was established in order to shorten the development cycle of mould products. A parameterized programming method for developing 3D plastic mould standard parts library by using program driving method and Solid Edge-based Visual Basic was studied. Then the establishment of the database, the data processing and transferring were described. The application of the injection mould standard parts library was achieved through system integration.
