The technical characteristics of no-female die piercing on pipe were analyzed and the key Points in design of a practical no-female die piercing die were presented. The die was simplified in structure and high in production efficiency, it can make the pipe surface smooth and fine. The die can apply to the piercing of pipe products used in automobiles, motorcycles, electric appliances and light industry products.
