摘要
通过对对讲机后壳的使用要求以及工艺分析,确定零件的生产方案并设计了三次分型注射模具。外表面侧凹用滑块抽芯,内表面2处倒钩用斜推杆及通过控制运动方向的特殊斜推杆成型。实践证明,模具设计合理,完全满足客户要求,取得了良好的经济效益。
A processing plan and injection mould with three-step parting mechanism for an interphone backshell was developed after an analysis on the need for use and manufactttrability of the component. Sliders were used for the core-pulling of side gap on external surface. Special angled ejector pins with direction of motion controlled were applied to the formation of two barbs on internal surface. The application of the mould has achieved good economic benefits.
