B型烟粉虱对不同豇豆品种的选择及适生性研究 被引量:16

摘要 目的研究B型烟粉虱对豇豆不同品种的选择性及适生性,可为豇豆抗虫性品种的选育应用和该虫综合治理提供理论依据。方法在温度(29±1)℃、湿度为80%±5%的实验条件下,研究了B型烟粉虱对不同豇豆品种的选择性以及这些品种对其生长发育、繁殖、存活和生命表参数的影响。结果B型烟粉虱对12个豇豆品种的选择性有明显差异,其中对宁豇3号和扬豇40有很强的选择性,而对帮达1号的选择性最弱;此外,B型烟粉虱在不同豇豆品种上的适生性也存在显著差异,其中在宁豇3号和扬豇40上的生存和繁殖适合性最高,即抗虫性最弱,而在之豇特早30和帮达1号上的生存和繁殖适合性最低,即抗虫性最强。 [ Objective ] The selectivity and fitness of Bemisia tabaci (Gennadius) B-biotype on different varieties of cowpea were studied in order to give the basic information for developing new varieties of insect-resistant cowpea and to integrate management of this pest. [Method] The selectivity, development, survival, reproduction and life table parameters of B. tabaci B-biotype on the twelve different varieties of cowpea, Vigna unguiculata W. were studied at T (29±1)℃ and RH=80%±5% in the laboratory. [Result] The results showed that there were significant differences at the selectivity orB. tabaci B-biotype on the twelve varieties of cowpea, and this pest exhibited the highest selectivity to Ningjiang No.3 and Yangjiang 40.It exhibited the lowest selectivity to Bangda No. 1. Based on the survival and the reproduction on the different varieties, B. tabaci B-biotype had the highest fitness on Ningjiang No.3 and Yangjiang 40, and the lowest fitness on Zhijiang Tezao 30 and Bangda No.1, suggesting that Zhijiang Tezao 30 and Bangda No. 1 showed the highest resistance to B. tabaci B-biotype and Ningjiang No.3 and Yangjian 40 the lowest.
