Technique Optimization of Pure colored Cotton Spandex Core-spun Yarn

主要介绍了利用经过改造后的传统环锭细纱机纺纯棉色纺棉氨包芯纱的纺纱工艺,通过正交实验得到最佳工艺组合,总结分析得出当外包色纺棉纱的捻系数为360,氨纶预牵伸倍数为3.56倍时,包芯纱的各项性能(断裂强力、断裂伸长率、条干不匀、毛羽根数等)达到最佳效果.

This article introduces the spinning techniques when a ring-spinning-machine is employed to spin the pure colored cotton spandex core-spun yarn. Through orthogonal experiment,we obtain the best technique combination which indicates that core-spun yarn with best specifications （breaking strength ,extension at break, unevenness of textile strands and fluff number）will be achieved when the twist factor of covering fiber colored cotton yarn is 360 and spandex pre-draft ratio is 3.56.
