Inspirations to Our Legal System Reform from SHANG Yang Reform

文章从商鞅变法出发得出了对我国法制改革的诸多启示:从“法律面前人人平等”引起对身份立法的思考,从注重激励引发对奖励立法的关注,从确立法律权威突显对有法必依的重视。

Several inspirations to our legal system reform have been drawn from an analysis of SHANG Yang Reform. They are as follows： reflections on status legislation proceeding from ＂All are equal before the law＂; concern with award legislation originating from an emphasis on encouragement;stress on observance of laws through establishing the salient authority of laws.
