摘要
按照党的十六届六中全会关于构建和谐社会的思路,探讨了高职院校的人事分配制度改革中的和谐关系,构建了人事分配制度改革的政策框架。
This paper explores the harmony in personnel distribution system reform of higher vocational colleges in line with the thought of constructing a harmonious society proposed in the sixth plenary session of the 16th CPC conference. It aims to set a goal for the personnel distribution system reform and construct its policy framework.
