On Approaches to High Employment Rate of Vocational College Students

提高高职毕业生就业率的主要途径在于:根据社会需求,努力办出高职特色;提高学生综合素质,打造复合型人才;强化“订单式培养”,专业设置“前沿化”;整合资源,探索产学合作新途径;拓宽渠道,为高职生开辟市场和就业基地。

This article discussed the approaches to high employment rate of vocational college students which generally consist of the following five aspects： first, we should work on the unique characteristics of vocational education in accordance with the social requirements;second,we have to cultivate versatile talents by improving the students＇ comprehensive abilities ;third ,we can promote the ＂order-oriented training pattern＂ and launch new majors in advance of the social requirements ;fourth ,we should redistribute the resources so as to find new ways to link factories and schools （working ＆ learning） ; finally , we should broaden our vision to seek every possible employment opportunity for vocational students.
