高校贫困生帮扶体系设计的新思考

Reflections on the Design of Needy College Students Aiding System in Colleges and Universities

随着对构建“社会主义和谐社会”认识与实践的不断深化,高校贫困生这一弱势群体也越来越为社会各界所广泛关注。通过对高校资助工作现状的分析,提出系统设计、多管其下、构建以“三大工程”为主要内容的帮扶体系,使贫困生基本生活有保障、身心健康有保障、全面发展有保障。

With the further understanding and practice of ＂building a harmonious socialist society＂, needy college students as a disadvantaged group have aroused great concern among the public. Through analyzing the current situation of the work of financial aiding in colleges and universities,the paper proposed to establish an aiding system centering on ＂Three Projects＂ through systematic design and various methods,which will guarantee the basic life, physical and mental health and the comprehensive development of the needy college students.
