Design and Application of a Portable Speaking Machine for Mute People

便携式哑人说话机采用单片机作为核心控制单元,ISD语音芯片作为语音合成及存储器件.这种交流机的语音存储不需要数/模、模/数转换器件,因此音质十分自然.它将哑人用其“语言输入法”输入的内容,通过语音合成技术把声音表达出来,以听懂哑人“讲话”的内容.只要哑人按规则输入汉语拼音,系统就能够说出一句完整的话,并且在屏幕上显示.

This paper introduces a design of speaking machine for mute people by adopting the single chip computer as the key control module, ISD pronunciation chip as storing and the speech synthesis device. The pronunciation of exchange machine does not need A/D D/A change device, so the tone quality is very natural. The input content of the the synthetic technology of the pronunciation, which lets you understand the content that he ＂speaks＂. So long as mute people input Chinese Pin Yin according to rule, system can say an intact sentence, and show it on the screen.
