Research on the Cultivating Models and Approaches of University Students' Ability of Innovation

加强大学生创新能力的培养是教育改革的核心,是知识经济时代社会发展的要求。本文对大学生创新能力的培养模式进行了探索,通过教学实践总结出创新能力培养的课堂教学模式、实践教学模式、情商提高和职业生涯规划指导辅助模式。

To strengthen university students＇ innovating ability is the core of education reform, and is the request of society development in the knowledge economy time. The fostering models and approaches of the college students＇ability of innovation are studied carefully in this essay. The purposes of the research is to pro- vide us a new type of model of how the innovating qualities are fostered , how a suitable pattern should be fol- lowed for the development of the innovation education , especially for the organization of the teaching activities in the classroom . And at the same time it is thought to be helpful in the development of the EQ and the career programming .
