本文提出了“统一领导,二级管理,二级结算,集中办公”的管理模式,并论述了建立这种模式的三大关系。
This article points out ＂unific lead ,second classific management , second classical settlement and centralize work＂ management mode, meanwhile, the article discusses three main relationship of building this mode.
