对成人教育存在的问题及发展方向的思考

Thoughts about Problems Existing in Adult Education and Its Development

目前成人教育存在的问题主要有:专业设置求多求全;生源质量下降;规模太大。根据成人教育的发展方向,一方面我们应加大宣传,为终身教育体系的建立营造社会心理基础;另一方面,改革成人高校管理体制,进一步明确政府、学校等各方面的责任;同时,建构起以学生为本的学校内部管理体制和课程体系。

The main problems existing in present adult education are： the high demand of major setting; the descending of student origin and overlarge scale. According to the developing trend of adult education, on one hand, we should enhance publicity, and lay social and psychological foundation for whole-life edition system; on the other hand, we should reform the management system of adult college and define respective responsibilities including government and school. Meanwhile, student-based internal management system and curriculum system should also be set up.
