轿车前纵梁总成工序的人机工程研究 被引量:1

摘要 首先分析了某汽车制造企业生产装配线中的轿车前纵梁总成工序,运用JACK仿真软件仿真后,研究了其中人机工程问题,对工序中不合理的场景布局及工人无效动作提出了改善方案,并对改善前后的方案进行对比分析,表明改进效果明显。 With the analysis for the typical procedure of the assembling line of a motor corporation, the simulation using JACK software is carried out and some ergonomics problems are analyzed carefully. Therefore, improvements for the problems, such as unreasonable layout of the parts and inefficient actions are suggested. Through the contrast and analysis between the old and new project, its improvement effect is very obvious.
