摘要 文章以核心的跨文化胜任力———跨文化敏感性为主题,回顾与分析了跨文化敏感性的特征模型和过程模型的相关研究,探讨了跨文化敏感性本土化研究的趋势,并提出在中国背景下进行实证研究的展望。
