中国小城镇发展中的耕地保护

PROTECTION OF FARMLAND DURING DEVELOPMENT OF SMALL TOWNS IN CHINA

城镇化是农业社会向工业社会转变的必然结果,城镇化的过程也就是农业人口逐步走向城镇集中的过程。通过对小城镇发展与耕地保护关系的论述,认为科学合理的城镇化并不会对耕地带来威胁,而是提高土地利用效率和保护耕地的有效途径。

The towns and cities are the inevitable outcome of the process from agricuhural society to industrial society, during which the farmers become residents of towns and cities. In this paper the authors discusses the relationship between development of small towns and protection of arable land, and finds that scientific and rational urbanization is not a threaten to arable land, on the contrary,it is a effective way to enhance land use efficiency and protect arable land.
