摘要
文中试从与沿海船舶油污损害相关的国内法及《1969年国际油污损害民事责任公约》中涉及的相关法律条款进行分析,指出沿海船舶油污损害应当适用的法律,同时也提出了相关法律在实践等环节中遇到的某些问题及相关对策。
The author analyzed the domestic law which correlated with oil pollution damage occurred＇ in coastal waters and the legal provisions in 《International Convention on Civil Liability for Oil Pollution Damage, 1969》,explicated the law which the above-mentioned damage should be applied to, proposed the countermeasures towards the questions which the related laws met in practice.
