摘要
基础教育课程改革引起了高师院校师生角色和教学行为的变化,教师由管理者变为组织者、由主导者变为引导者、由传授者变为促进者、由教书匠变为研究者、由实施者变为开发者、由控制者变为协调者;学生由被动接受者变为主动索取者、由观听者变为参与者、由墨守成规者变为探究发现者、由单独学习者变为合作学习者、由依赖者变为独立者、由受控者(服从者)变为自由者。
Curriculum reform of elementary education has brought about great changes in the role and behavior of teachers and students at normal colleges and universities. The teacher's role has changed from an administrator to an organizer, from a leader to a guide, from a disseminator of information to a facilitator of learning, form a teacher to a researcher, from one who implements externally made curriculum to a designer of curriculum, from a controller to a negotiator. Meanwhile, the student's rolc has changed from a passive knowledge receiver to an active learner, from a listener to a participant, from a conservative learner to an explorer, from an individual learner to a cooperative learner, from a dependent learner to an independent learner, from one who is controlled to one who is free in learning.
