摘要
介绍了北京市轨道交通现状及北京市轨道交通工程投资构成,并从投资构成的角度,分析投资控制要点,建议设计者在以后的设计中要加强方案和技术比选,充分重视征地和拆迁费用的上涨及新规范的实行对土建费用的影响。
This article expounds the current situation of Beijing mass transit and the composition of investment in the same. It also performs from the angle of investment composition an analysis of the key points in the investment control before recommending that the designer should strengthen the work of comparison between technical schemes with great importance being attached to the escalation of cost of land acquisition and removal ＆ resettlement and to the impacts of the new standard on civil works cost.
