摘要
中国的唱片审查制度是由南京国民政府创立的,1931年6月颁布的《上海市教育局审查戏曲·唱片规则》是中国历史上第一部针对唱片内容制订的法规。相关法规之所以出台,一方面是由于唱片业自身的发展所致,更重要的则是国民党将其视为改造社会的一环而刻意作为的结果。故终民国之世,不得违背“党义”,不能有伤“风化”,始终是唱片审查制度的核心与底线。本文以民国时期的唱片业中心上海为例,对上海特别市、日伪、抗战胜利后三个历史时期的唱片审查制度逐一进行论述、对比,探讨制度背后的政治与社会背景,并对其与唱片业之间的互动关系进行了分析。
The Disk Censoring System was first established by Nanjing National Government, and in June, 1931, the first law on the content of disk was made in Chinese history. The emergency of the law, on the one hand, resulted from the development of disk industry; on the other hand, was one of the measures taken by Kuomintang to reconstruct the society. Never to betray “Dangyi” (party principle) and “Fenghua” (morals) were the base line of the censoring system. This paper analyzes the relationship between the disk industry and censoring system by comparing and discussing the different censoring systems in three important historical periods of Shanghai, the center of disk industry in the Republic of China.
