电子喉镜对睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合症病人咽腔塌陷的测量研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的运用电子喉镜检查病人咽腔,明确咽腔易塌陷部位和程度,为睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合症(OSAHS)病人的治疗提供参考。方法对126例OSAHS病人和84例对照者进行电子喉镜检查,行Muller氏试验,观察其咽腔易狭窄部位塌陷程度,并对两组所观察结果进行比较。结果OSAHS组较对照组有显著差异。不同程度OSAHS病人咽腔Muller氏试验下缩小范围有明显差异。结论电子喉镜是一种简便、有效的术前评估OSAHS病人上呼吸道情况的方法。 Objective To explicate the position and degree of pharyngeal cavity collapse in patients with obstructive sleep apnea and hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) under electron largngoscope. Methods The pharyngeal cavities of 126 patients suffering from OSAHS and 84 healthy adults were examined with electron laryngoscope for obstruction position and collapse degree in a calm state and during Muller's test respectively. Results There were significant differences in the collapse degree between the two groups. Conclusion Electron laryngoscope is a better way to evaluate the obstruction degree of upper respiratory tract in OSAHS for a proper choice of therapeutic scheme.
