三氧化二砷诱导卵巢癌HO8910细胞凋亡的形态学研究

ARSENIC TRIOXIDE INDUCES APOPTOSIS CANCER CELL LINE HO8910

目的:探讨三氧化二砷对卵巢癌细胞株HO8910的抑制作用。方法:用三氧化二砷处理HO8910细胞,采用MTT法检测药物对细胞的抑制作用,倒置显微镜和电镜观察细胞形态学改变。结果:在三氧化二砷作用下,HO8910细胞呈凋亡改变,形成凋亡小体。结论:三氧化二砷能诱导卵巢癌细胞凋亡,抑制卵巢癌细胞增殖。

Objective ：The study was designed to investigate the effect of arsenic trioxide （ As2O3 ） on induction of apoptosis in Ovarian Cancer cell. Methods：Cell proliferation was assessed by MTT assays. Morphological changes of apoptosis were observed with invert microscope and transmission electron microscope. Results：Under the influence of arsenic trioxide, HO8910 cell exhibited changes of apeptosis both in morphology and in the characteristics of electrophoresis. Meanwhile the cell cycle also showed special change. Conclusion： arsenic trioxide can inhibit cell proliferation, arsenic trioxide can induces apeptosis in＇Ovarian Cancer cell.
