摘要
目的:了解bmi-1基因编码蛋白在卵巢肿瘤中的表达情况,为阐明卵巢肿瘤发生的分之机理提供依据。方法:选择我校附属医院病理科2000—2006年的患者切片,包括浆液性囊腺癌27例、粘液性囊腺癌29例、恶性宫内膜样癌28例、卵巢良性肿瘤10例,正常卵巢标本10例。免疫组化法测bmi-1蛋白。结果:(1)不同分化程度的三种肿瘤的与正常卵巢及卵巢良性肿瘤比较,bmi-1蛋白呈过表达(P〈0.05);(2)进一步作关联性分析,浆液性囊腺癌、粘液性囊腺癌、恶性宫内膜样癌的肿瘤细胞分化程度与bmi-1表达程度之间无关联性。结论:bmi-1基因的过表达在卵巢肿瘤的发生中有重要愿意。
Objective: In order to explore the mechanism of ovary tumor, the expression of bmi - 1 protien was tested in this study. Methods:Tbe specimens were obtained by the doctors who worked in the pathology department of our hospital during 2000 to 2006. Bmi - 1 protien expression in ovarian serous Cystadenocarcinoma ( n = 27 ), mucinous Cystadenocarcinoma; (n =28) , endometrioid carcinoma, benign tumor( n = 10) , and normal tissue( n = 10) were tested by means of immunohistochemistry. Results: (1) Bmi -1 protien was over expression in the three kinds of ovarian tumor; (2) Correlation analysis showed that there were no correlation relationship between the expression of bmi - 1 and the degree of the malignant cell. Conclusion:The over expression of bmi - 1 gine played an important role in the development of ovarian tumor.
