GMP-140及其配体与肿瘤转移研究进展

摘要 GMP-140是选择素家族中的一员,是一种存在于血小板α颗粒内和血管内皮细胞棒状小体内的糖蛋白,主要介导肿瘤细胞与血小板和血管内皮细胞的粘附形成瘤栓,从而促进肿瘤转移的发展。
