大鼠胰腺干细胞转分化为胰岛样细胞簇的研究 被引量:2

摘要 胰岛细胞来源有限,且受到伦理及免疫排斥等因素的制约,极大地限制了胰岛移植治疗糖尿病在临床上的广泛应用。成体干细胞能避开上述缺陷,且其可塑性为临床应用提供了可能。我们进行了将大鼠胰腺干细胞转分化为胰岛样细胞簇的研究,现报告如下。
