摘要 女性生殖道人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染好发于育龄期妇女,近几年来发病率显著增高,其与妊娠的关系倍受关注,该文综述了妊娠期HPV感染的发生率及相关因素、HPV感染对妊娠的影响、母婴传播途径及处理。 The human papillomavirus (HPV) infection in the female genital tract is very common in child-bearing period. The incidence has increased significantly in recent years. The relationship between HPV and pregnancy has been given more attention. The incidence of HPV infection during the pregnancy and its related factors, the influence of HPV infection on mother, fetus or infant, perinatal transmission and treatment are reviewed in this article.
