摘要
目的利用气枪枪弹制作兔弹伤性眼球破裂伤模型，观察兔眼破裂伤后视网膜的临床表现及早期病理变化。方法自制气枪制做前段眼球破裂伤模型。于伤后1h、3h、6h、12h、24h时处死实验兔，摘除眼球进行视网膜形态和功能改变的检查。结果光镜及超高倍显微镜检查提示伤后6～12h视网膜各层发生显著变化。结论眼球破裂伤后视网膜发生不可逆变化是在6～12h之间。提示严重开放性眼外伤的处理一定在6-12h以内，否则预后更差。
Objective Set up a model of the injury of the bullethit rabbit eyeball rupture using plastic gun in order to observe the clinical behaving and the injury. Methods Self-made plastic gun was used to produce the eyeball rupture model. Rabbits were killed after l h, 3h, 6h, 12h, 24h. Changes of retina were studied. Results Changes in each layer of the retina oeeured after 6h - 12h rupture with light microscope. Conclusions 6h- 12h after injury, changes reaches unreversable.
