陈旧性虹膜脱出手术治疗方法的探讨

New surgical method for treatment of old iridoptosis

目的探讨眼外伤及手术后陈旧性虹膜脱出手术治疗的方法。方法对8例陈旧性角膜缘虹膜脱出进行手术,将脱出的裂口后唇做成板层巩膜桥,并前移覆盖虹膜脱出的裂口。用此手术方法进行治疗,术后观察裂口情况、眼压变化及角膜散光程度。结果术后虹膜脱出的裂口覆盖满意,眼压无明显升高,角膜散光多有不同程度的减少。结论采用以裂口的后唇板层巩膜桥前移的方法覆盖裂口治疗陈旧性虹膜脱出取得较好的效果。

Objective To study the treatment of old iridoptosis with surgical method. Methods The eight cases with old limbal iris prolapse were treated surgically. The wounds of iris prolapse were covered with forward moved lamellar sclera lap of the posterior lip of the wounds. Postoperative observation included the wound healing, intraocular pressure and astigmatism of cornea. Results Satisfactory covering of the wounds of iris prolapse was achieved. The intraocular pressure showed no significant increase. The astigmatism of cornea was decreased at different degree. Conclusions It is effective to treat old iris prolapse by the surgical method in which the wounds are covered with forward moved lamellar sclera lap of the posterior lip of the wounds.
