摘要
本文综述了纳米软磁粉体的烧结过程,并与传统材料烧结过程进行了对比,分析了烧结过程中晶体表面扩散、晶界迁移机理,分别从晶粒生长与微孔大小、界面扩散、致密化速率以及烧结温度等关系,总结了烧结过程中形成的动力学模型。最后通过对这些模型的描述,提出了作者的研究方向,并对其发展态势进行了展望。
In this paper sintering process of nano soft magnetism powders were reviewed, and compared with the traditional sintering method. The diffusion mechanism at crystal surfaces and migration at grain boundaries were analyzed. The dynamic models on sintering process were summarized from the relationship between grain growth and pore size, interface diffusion, densification rate, sintering temperature. Finally, our research purpose on the basis of above models was discussed.
