体外培养的大鼠破骨细胞中血管内皮生长因子的表达

Expression of VEGF in osteoclasts formation in vitro

目的:观察体外培养的大鼠破骨细胞中血管内皮生长因子(vascu lar endothelial growth factor,VEGF)的表达,并探讨其意义。方法:应用1,25(OH)2D3+IL-1β体外诱导大鼠骨髓细胞形成破骨细胞,用抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(tartrate-resistant ac id phosphatase,TRAP)染色进行鉴定,再采用免疫组织化学的方法检测VEGF的表达。结果:实验组可见VEGF的阳性表达。结论:VEGF可能参与了体外培养破骨细胞的成熟。

AIM：To observe the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） in the formation of osteoclasts in vitro and to study the expression and significance of VEGF. METHODS： Marrow cells from SD mouse were harvested and cultured in the culture system with 1, 25 （OH） 2 D3, IL - 1β. Trap staining were adopted to identify the osteoclasts. The effect of the expression of VEGF in osteoclasts was examined by method of immunohistochemistry. RESULTS： VEGF positive signals were observed in osteoclasts in vitro. CONCLUSION： These results demonstrate that the VEGF is involved in the mature of osteoclasts in vitro.
