摘要 目的:评价自行研制的牙龈收缩剂的生物安全性。方法:按ISO 740621997和YY02682-1995标准,对自研制的可注射胶体型牙龈收缩剂进行经口途径短期全身毒性试验、细胞毒性试验、致敏试验和口腔黏膜刺激试验。结果:该可注射胶体型牙龈收缩剂未见任何急性毒性反应,无明显的细胞毒性作用,无致敏性,对口腔黏膜无刺激。结论:所研制的可注射胶体型牙龈收缩剂具有良好的生物安全性。 Objective: To investigate the biocompatibility of a self-developed gingival retraction material. Methods: Acute toxicity,cytotoxicity, sensitization and oral mucous membrane initation were tested with standard method (ISO 740621997 and YY02682-1995). Results: Results showed that no toxic effect was observed in in vivo tests and no cytotoxic effect was observed in in vitro MTT assay. No local mucous membrane irritation reaction was noted after the relevant tests. Conclusion: The self-developed gingival retraction material exhibited good biocompatibility.
