新疆地区先天性唇腭裂发病影响因素的分析

Analysis on Risk Factors of Cleft Lip and Palate in Xinjiang District

目的:探讨新疆地区发生先天性唇腭裂可能的危险因素,为制定相应的预防措施提供依据。方法:选择新疆医科大学第五附属医院就诊的唇腭裂患儿100例,以其父母为研究对象作为“病例组;”再按11∶比例选择与患者在同一出生地,性别一致的无先天性畸形患儿的父母亲作为“对照组”。对病例组和对照组关于32项可能导致发生唇腭裂的因素进行了问卷调查,对结果进行2χ检验作单因素分析,用非条件Logistic回归作多因素分析。结果:病例组与对照组作对照分析,进入Logistic回归模型的变量有:家族遗传史(OR=26.53),近亲结婚(OR=15.348),孕期营养差(OR=12.616),孕期患病(OR=7.396)。结论:家族遗传史、近亲结婚、孕期营养差、孕期患病可能是新疆地区发生先天性唇腭裂的危险因素。

Objective： To explore the possible risk factors causing cleft lip and palate（CLP）, to prepare for preventing or controlling of the disease. Methods： 100 matched pairs were studied with 1：1 case-control, the CLP＇s parents were taken as experiment group while the normal baby＇s parents were chosen as control group. Two groups were asked to answer a questionnaire including 32 of CLP risk factors. The data of survey was analyzed. Results： 32 factors which more likely to cause CLP were studied, and 4 of them were proved to be dangerous to the pregnant woman. Conclusion： Family history of congenital disease OR=26.53 ,consanguineous marriage OR=15.348 ,malnutrition OR=12.616 and virus infection during the first trimester of pregnancy OR=7.396 may be the risk factors of CLP in Xinjiang district.
