摘要
引起发动机振动的一个重要因素是发动机曲柄连杆机构往复运动产生的惯性力和惯性力矩。作者使用Pro/Engineer和ADAMS,建立了摩托车发动机的三维数字化模型和动力学模型,对摩托车发动机进行了动力学仿真分析,并和试验结果比较,验证了模型的正确性。在此基础上,进行了平衡轴减振设计,使得产品的减振效果达到了企业的要求。这种基于虚拟样机技术的产品设计,大大提高了产品的设计效率,缩短了产品的设计周期。
The inertial force and moment produced by the crank-rod mechanism is an important factor of the vibration of the engine. The engine under development is modeled with Pro/Engineer and ADAMS. In this paper, the prototype motor is simulated in the environment of ADAMS. After comparing with the test, the result of the simulation is correct. The redesign of the crank train, which based on the prototype motor, is carried out to meet the enterprise's needs of reducing the vibration. This practice shows that the product design by using virtual prototype technology can improve the design efficiency and shorten the design periods.
