摘要
由二维视图表达的组合体读图是工程制图课程中较为重要但又为学生感到抽象的一部分内容,指出了现有的多媒体课件在这个问题上仍然不能发挥教师的主导作用,不能满足交互性和实时性的教学需要。论述了组合体读图中引入三维CAD软件辅助教学的必要性,应用SolidWorks从二维草图到三维实体建模的方法,提出了以匹配线框为形状特征的识图和建模过程,将组合体读图中运用形体分析法的人工思维过程通过三维造型形象地表现出来,从而提高学生的看图能力和空间思维能力。
Reading the views of composite solids is an important and a difficult task for students in learning engineering drawing. It is pointed out that the current CAI courseware doesn't allow teachers to perform their guidance completely, and doesn't meet the requirements of real time interactive teaching. The necessity of introducing 3D CAD software into reading the views of composite solids is discussed. Simulating the conversion functions from 2D to 3D in Solidworks, a drawing recognition and modeling method using shape feature of composite solids is presented for 2D to 3D conversion based on matching outline, and the thinking process of shape analysis in reading the views of composite solids can be expressed by Solidworks. By this way, the students can improve their ability of reading drawings and space thinking obviously.
