摘要
采用不同剂量(10、25、50、75 mg.m-2)的多效唑(Paclobutrazol)喷施多年生黑麦草(Lolium perenne L.)品种MedalistⅫ,研究多效唑缓解其夏季高温胁迫的生理机制,结果表明:各处理较对照均显著减缓了出叶速度,增加了游离脯胺酸积累量、叶片相对含水量(RWC)和可溶性蛋白含量,提高了抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)和硝酸还原酶(NR)活性,从而有效缓解了多年生黑麦草夏季高温胁迫,提高了其坪用品质。综合效应以75 mg.m-2处理最佳。
The research was conducted by spraying Lolium perenne L. with different doses of Paclobutrazol (10, 25, 50, 75 mg·m^-2), with the purpose of studying the physiological mechanism of the alleviation of high temperature stress in Summer of Lolium perenne L. with Paclobutrazol. The result showed that different doses of Paclobutrazol were effective to some extents in that they significantly slowed the growth of new leaves, increased dissociative proline, relative water content (RWC) and soluble protein, activate ascorbate peroxidase (APX) and nitrate reductase (NR) in the leaves, and thus alleviated high temperature stress availably in summer and improved the quality of turf. The dose of 75 mg·m^-2 was proved to be the most effective.
