摘要
基于指数律风速廓线模式,根据VB6.0编写的程序读取徐闻铁塔数据库中10、20、30、40、50、60、65 m的风速,采用最小二乘法计算风速指数值。避开下垫面和大气稳定度难以判断的问题,利用SPSS11.0分析不同风速下的风速指数均值、标准偏差,得到的结论是小风条件下的风速指数偏大,且受下垫面影响显著;而在风速>5.5 m.s-1的情况下,风速指数变化不明显,风速指数均值误差小。
Based on exponential wind profile and the wind speed data at 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 65 m from a database, wind speed exponents are retrieved by means of Least Square Method. The wind speed exponent mean and standard deviation under different wind speeds are analyzed by SPSS11.0, which avoids the uncertainty calculation of ground roughness and atmospheric stability. Results show that, at lower wind speeds, the wind speed profile exponents tend to be overestimated and the influence of ground roughness is more significant. While wind speed exceeds 5.5 m· s L1, the wind speed exponents show no obvious difference with lower standard deviations. The calculation of wind speed exponent discussed here can be of reference for wind power assessment.
