摘要
实验采用乌拉坦麻醉家兔盲肠结扎穿孔(CLP)模型,观察CLP前后血液动力学变化及肺动脉氧化作用,结果发现兔CLP后1~5h平均动脉血压(MAP)明显下降,而在2,2.5h后出现肺动脉压(PAP)明显升高。CLP后2.5h入肺血丙二醛(MDA)比CLP前明显增加,出肺血无显著改变;而出肺血超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)比CLP前者明显增高,入肺血无显著改变。结果提示兔盲肠结扎穿孔早期即有MAP和PAP的改变,在此过程中肺脏具有抗氧化作用。
Mean artery pressure(MAP), pulmonary artery pressure(PAP) were observed before and after rabbit cecal ligation and puncture(CLP). The contents of malondialdehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) in-flowing and out-going pulmonary blood (IPB, OPB) were also determined. The results showed MAP decreased 1 ̄5 h after CLP, while PAP increased significantly 2, 2.5h after CLP. The content of MDA in IPB was increased but that in OPB had no change after CLP. In contrast, the content of SOD in OPB increased but that in IPB had no change.
