摘要
为适应广东省建筑市场需要而产生的广东省园林建筑绿化工程计价依据(2006),是一部贴近市场、计价依据。它是在2003年计价依据的基础上修编的,修编的重点一是调整人工费,使更贴近建筑劳务市场的实际;二是确保保障性措施(即安全防护、文明施工措施费)的落实并专款专用。本文从本次计价依据的历史突破、对定额人工费的调整、对安全防护、文明施工措施费的计取方式的科学合理三个方面进行阐述。
Valuation Basis of Guangdong Provincial Gardening and Building Landscaping Projects (2006), tailored to building market demandof our province, is a valuation basis close to market and in line with the time. It was modified on the basis of 2003 valuation basis, the modification focuses are firstly labor fee adjustment, so as to be closer to construction labor market reality; and secondly ensuring implementation of preventive measure fees (e.g., safety protection, ethical construction) and specific fee matching specific usage. This article describes in three aspects including historic breakthrough of this valuation basis, adjustment of rated labor fee, scientific valuation of safety protection and ethical construction fees.
