摘要
在知识产权法教学过程中组织情景剧教学活动,充分调动同学参与课程教学的积极性,培养学生的合作意识,为鼓励同学创新提供一个平台。知识产权法情景剧教学活动在实施中应注意选择合适的选题,合理把握观赏性与专业性的尺度和与其他教学方法配合使用。
Organizing teaching activities with situational plays in the course of teaching the law of intellectual property right so as to arouse the enthusiasm of the students in taking part in the teaching and to cultivate a sense of team work in the students provide a platform of creation for them. In such a type of teaching activity, attention should be called to the choice of an appropriate topic, and to combining appreciativeness and specialty of the plays with ether methods of teaching.
