见义勇为是中华民族的传统美德,是时代精神的具体体现,是加强社会主义精神文明建设、构建社会主义和谐社会的重要内容。结合我国现行法律、法规,对见义勇为的界定及相关问题进行分析,以此呼吁社会保护见义勇为者的权益,从而更好地促进和谐社会的发展。

This article attempts to analyze the current situation of righteous behavior in the light of the present laws and regulations in China so as to call the attention of the society to protecting the rights and interests of those who have the courage to do what is right.
